All "in stock" products may be returned in unused condition within 10 days of purchase for exchange or refund of purchase price. Custom products may only be returned if there is a problem with the workmanship.

 In stock would be any product made from our patterns without any changes. Custom products would be any item that the pattern was altered in size or shape to fit your needs or has brands, initials or names. Please call or e-mail before returning a product.
